The point of IVM, is that a message is a message.

It can be read or created by any UA.

The features like message context only add the context of how the message
was created. This is where you would indicate it was created as a voice
message if desired.

At the end of the day, for interoperability, all that is necessary is the
ability to play the audio file that was sent.

I believe we've covered that with IVM.
