I would suggest looking at the interop results on the VPIM website
(www.vpim.org) for info on Exchange 2000 VPIM support.
As for Avaya, they only recently announced VPIM support in Interchange and
have not been involved in any of the VPIM interop events.
The VPIM WG is contemplating adding an Implementor's Guide for VPIM to its
charter, but there is nothing formal yet.
