Eric,
As I can see it - if we want to talk about large scale systems, multiple
subscription is a problematic solution.
It means that the message storage (ES) needs to take care of mass
subscriptions - when most of the subscribers - are probably not active (I.e.
-they're status has not changed for a long time..)
