At the IMAP BOF yesterday we agreed to the following changes to
IMAP BINARY:
* remove BINARYSTRUCTURE
* Add FETCH BINARYSIZE which returns the size of the decoded
section. Servers MUST support this, and MUST report accurate
numbers. Clients should be careful to not issue this command
needlessly as there can be a lot of server overhead associated
with calculating the value, which can result in delays reporting
the value to the client.
There will be one more revision of the draft incorporating these
changes.
