This draft is based on the Draft Standard versions of RFC 2302/2303.
I agree there are no FQDN examples -- perhaps it would be helpful to add
some into section 5.2 which defines the full email address.
The derivation of these addresses from FQDN is in the referenced RFCs
2302/2303. I didn't think it appropriate to repeat it. Perhaps it is not
clear. Any suggestions?
