This thread points out the fact that useful UAs will be the ones that know
how to handle any MIME multipart message. Its up to the UA to present the
portions of the message that are appropriate for that device. In an
environment where all types of messages are possible, a voicemail UA should
present the user with every message in the inbox that's within the
capabilities of that UA to present, and inform the user of whatever
contextual information about the message that's relevant.

Message-Context could prove to be a good hint, but as pointed out below,
won't always be the last word.
