This is my fault for not checking it. The URL did not work because EMA
changed ISPs last year (between the time we submitted the charter and the
time we were approved). It should be:

John Neystadt has not been keeping this summary page updated
(http://www.neystadt.org/vpim), so we agreed that I would instead keep the
one on the VPIM page updated.
FYI, there is still some issues with the vpim.org ownership transfer, but
the VPIM website has been moved to the Open Group server. For now, use this
URL: http://www.ema.org/vpim
As a result of the move from a Windows to UNIX web server, several of the
links are broken. Hopefully, we should have them all fixed shortly.
