Looking for VB tools to convert to/from G.726 (32kADPCM), WAVE, D ialogic 6kHz ADPCM

Does anyone know of a good Audio conversion tool that can handle conversion
to and from:
        G.726 (32k ADPCM)
        Standard WAVE formats
        Dialogic 6KHz ADPCM

Dialogic's native format is OKI ADPCM, which is quite different from G.726
ADPCM.

I think their latest API's might support G.726. You'd have to ask them
directly.
