VPIM folks...
My company is looking into making a VPIM compatible gateway for our voice
mail system. I am having a problem with the sample Audio/32KADPCM messages I
downloaded from the web site. My company's product currently uses Dialogic
hardware. I can record messages at 8kHz, 4 bit sample, ADPCM and play them
back. No problem.
But the sample messages from the Web site sound like heavy static with a
little voice behind them. I am guessing that the 32k ADPCM format that
Dialogic uses is different than that of VPIM/RFC-2422. Big endian vs little
endian or something.
Can you provide some insight into the problem?
