It was recommended that they not be WG documents of the IMAPEXT WG. They
can still be VPIM WG documents, or personal submissions; the IMAP
community didn't care which.
They would probably be better done as VPIM WG documents so that it's
more obvious to the IMAP community that the submissions ARE related to
VPIM and not off-the-wall.
