Graham,

I do not think due to possible formal errors that were
made in the registration of RFC 2361, it is a worthwhile effort
to start the whole registration process from scratch, redoing IESG
review, discussion on this list etc. I also still doubt that you
can define WAVE in the IETF without cooperation of the current
owner of change control.

However, if the people responsible for this at the IESG think this
is a worthwhile effort, I rest my case.
