is the claim that audio/vnd.wav isn't supported and audio/wave is?
as for the format, I'd be somewhat surprised if the existing
RFC didn't document the format correctly.
if we need to define the audio/wave content-type in addition to the
already-defined audio/vnd.wav content-type, seems like they should
be defined to be identical - it's a lot less confusing that way.
of course, the vpim wg can still specify a subset of the codecs
for use with vpim.
