So do you disagree with the milestones as being a map of what has happened
(in this case during the BOF stage) and what will happen? I did not see in
RFC 2418 any mention of deleting old milestones, but it does indicate that
this is used for tracking progress and status.

Does this mean that we cannot do anything 'official' (like approving an ID
in a last call) until the charter is approved? If so, how long would you
anticipate this would take assuming the list approves the charter by Aug
20th?
