Folks,

My apologies for tardiness but this slipped through the cracks during my
vacation. As a result we seem to have missed the IETF Proceedings deadline
-- so I sent them the draft version of the minutes and the charter. Please
let me know if you have any comments on these minutes or the charter and we
will make the appropriate changes to the version on the web site.

We'll need to start up several threads to discuss the various issues once we
agree on the minutes.

Once the charter is agreed I will forward to the ADs for IESG approval.
